This is an official collaboration between the American brand Hypland (ハイプランド) and Hunter x Hunter. This brand doesn't ship to Japan from their website, so it's quite rare. The price reflects the original retail price, plus shipping to my friend's house in the US, and then shipping from there to Japan. The white marks in the third image were present from the time of purchase. Thank you!
