This is the tc electronic PolyTune tuner for guitar and bass. I bought it new and took it to the studio initially, but I think I only used it a few times. (It was a hassle to connect, so I stopped using it quickly.) There are some cosmetic scratches, so please understand that it is sold as-is, with no returns. *Operation has been confirmed. *I am also selling other effects pedals, so please take a look if you're interested.
