There is some wear, but the mesh leather has no scratches or fraying and is in beautiful condition. The inner fabric has wrinkles and some discoloration. The openwork design is lovely. There is an inner flap that makes it difficult to see inside (secured with a magnetic button). There is a string at the top that can be closed for security. This is a carefully crafted item made of glossy leather that is finely woven. The shoulder strap is long enough to be worn comfortably over the shoulder.
