New, unused item. It was displayed and sold in a locked glass case at the store. I don't think it's been handled much. The wallet was handed to me in a paper bag, so a box is not included from the time of purchase. I found another wallet I liked soon after buying this one, so I'm selling it. I stored it in the paper bag without using it, and the button on the coin purse has slightly faded. Other than that, there are no problems. This is a genuine leather folding wallet.
