Hello! Good day/Good evening. Due to my busy work schedule and long working hours, I may take some time to list items, reply to messages, and ship orders. I will generally only notify you when your order has been shipped. I am not a business. If you have any requests regarding shipping methods or packaging, please feel free to consult with me before purchasing. Regarding transactions: In principle, I will follow Mercari's sales and purchase rules. Please understand that I will prioritize transactions with those who complete the purchase process first, even if we are in the middle of exchanging messages or negotiating a price reduction. Regarding returns and refunds: I will sincerely address any returns or refunds that are due to my mistakes. (e.g., incorrect items, damage due to packaging errors, inspection errors) I may not be able to accommodate returns or refunds due to the buyer's circumstances. (e.g., different from what was expected, no longer needed, already owned) Regarding price negotiations: I may be able to adjust the price for items that have been listed for a long time. I generally do not accept price negotiations for items that have just been listed or for new releases. I cannot offer a discount on shipping costs even if you purchase multiple items listed separately. Some people misunderstand because the listing includes "shipping included," but I only charge for the item itself. Please understand that I am covering the shipping costs. Daily necessities: * Items over 3cm will be placed in an OPP bag and packed, then shipped via Takkyubin Compact or Yu-Packet Plus. * For items that do not fit in Takkyubin Compact or Yu-Packet Plus, I will ship via宅配便 (home delivery service). For daily necessities, I will pack them and include cushioning material to prevent damage during shipping, or I will secure them with kraft tape.
