Thank you for checking my profile. This account mainly sells AMPTAK goods, nmmn cosplay costumes, wigs, etc. Items that have been listed for over a month are not available for immediate purchase (❌). Regarding Transactions: I will basically only send transaction messages when I inform you of the shipping date. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions. Regarding Payment: If you choose to pay at a convenience store, please let me know your expected payment date in the transaction message. Also, please contact me if your payment will be delayed. Regarding Shipping: I usually ship from the post office on weekends. For those who are in a hurry, I will ship the next day for an additional 111 yen. Changes between Yu-Pack and Rakuraku Mercari are possible. Please refrain from requesting shipment within the specified period. Regarding Price Reductions: I want to sell items as much as possible, so price reductions are generally possible. I may not always be able to meet your request, but it will be easier for me to suggest a price if you provide your desired price. Also, if you set your desired price, you may not receive a notification, so please comment directly. Regarding Cancellation Requests: I will accept cancellation requests in some cases, but please be sure to return the item, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (Cancellations due to initial damage are not accepted.) Regardless of the price, the item must be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I will only accept cancellation requests from those who agree to these terms. Regarding Holds: Holds are generally up to one week. If you want to hold an item for longer than that, please consult with me. For items with low rates, such as group items, I will consider holding them for more than a week if you provide your payment date. Items with high rates are generally not available for holds. Please check the description for any notes about holds. Regarding Packaging: Basically, it will be OPP bag → reinforced with cardboard on one side or bubble wrap (one layer) → OPP bag. If the description says "OPP bag only" or "simple packaging," that packaging method will be used. If you have any packaging preferences, please contact me before purchasing. The price may change. Regarding Wigs: First and foremost, please understand that the styling is done by a beginner (less than a year of experience). The wigs I styled myself are priced below the original price, considering the frequency of use (I may also list them for more than the original price, including shipping and handling fees). The styling may be undone during shipping. If the styling is undone, please restyle it yourself. All wigs are non-refundable.
