Regarding the negative feedback: I listed a trench coat at a low price in the thousand-yen range and shipped it folded. However, I received feedback stating that it was very wrinkled, that the ivory color was noticeably faded, and that it was not in a wearable condition. I do not wish to do business with those who make such harsh judgments on used items and expect them to be like new. I recommend purchasing from a store. It was a very disappointing transaction.
