All pottery items for sale are new, made in Japan, and Mino ware. We are very grateful, and we have more and more repeat customers. * If you are a repeat customer, please let us know. * We can combine shipping with other products. We will offer a discount for multiple items. Please inquire. * Pottery is fragile. We pack carefully, but occasionally damage may occur. To prevent damage, we use cushioning materials, which will generate waste, but we appreciate your understanding. * In the event of damage, the buyer will also need to communicate with the administration. Please understand and confirm the characteristics of pottery before purchasing. * The listed tableware are reference photos. We handle multiple pieces of tableware. We do not ship the exact item in the image. Please understand. For those who purchase handmade artist works or unique matte glazed tableware, the surface may be rough, and each piece will have its own unique character. Please confirm that these are not mass-produced items before purchasing. Although we only sell new products, there are rare cases where customers complain about roughness on the surface, small scratches, or differences from the photos, but we only sell new pottery.
