Hello, I'm an 82-year-old mother. I ship items carefully and with care. Regarding an unopened item, I recently received my first negative review, which was due to the buyer stating, "It wasn't the item I was looking for." I can only describe the item as it is and provide the photos, and I cannot do more than that. Please ask any questions you may have beforehand. I am listing items at prices that I feel are okay to let go of. Please refrain from asking for discounts, as I want to be fair to everyone. (I do not accept price negotiations) For toys and books with a premium, the price may be higher than the original retail price, based on market value. Please understand that it may take half a day to a day to respond or ship. I reuse packaging materials (such as outer cardboard boxes) as much as possible. * Basically, I do not accept cancellations after purchase and shipment.
