Also, items I purchase myself are bought at directly managed stores, so they are genuine. ★About Returns Returns will be accepted only in the following cases. ⚫︎ If the wrong item is shipped by mistake. ⚫︎ Initial defects in zippers or clasps (if not described in the product description). ⚫︎ If the item is a counterfeit product. *Generally, returns are not accepted to prevent fraud, but we will accept returns only if the item is determined to be counterfeit by a directly managed store. In that case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, before leaving a review. ★About the Condition of the Item The condition of the item is based on my subjective judgment.
