The item was brand new and unused, sent directly from the manufacturer. I stored it at home, then after receiving the order, I checked it briefly and shipped it. Afterwards, the buyer claimed it had been used, saying there were signs of opening, but I have no recollection of this and was troubled, especially since they didn't send any pictures.
