I have over 20 years of experience with flea markets and auctions, but I'm new to Mercari. Thank you! Basically, I aim to respond on the same day and ship on the next weekday, but I am doing this in my spare time while working full-time and raising children, so it may take an additional 1-3 days. ● Regarding listings ◾︎Price reduction I cannot respond to price reduction requests registered in the system. Please contact me in the comment section if you have any requests. However, I generally don't consider significant price reductions. ◾︎Shipping related ◾︎Shipping days Shipping is basically only done on weekdays. Shipping is not available on weekends and holidays. Please understand. ⚠️Shipping will be available during long holidays such as the New Year's holidays and Golden Week, but it may take a few days longer than usual. Also, since I often use the post office, it may take longer than usual for delivery from the shipping date to the delivery date. Delivery may also take longer than usual during the New Year's holidays. If you have any date restrictions for receiving the item, please contact me in the comment section before purchasing. ◾︎Shipping tools Shipping methods are limited to those with tracking history. Generally, I use Yu-Packet. Only when the size exceeds the standard, I use Letter Pack Plus or home delivery. Packet mail and anonymous delivery Yu-Pack cannot specify the arrival date. I will try my best to answer your inquiries, but please understand that it will only be an estimate and not a guaranteed date. ◾︎Packing materials Generally, items will be packed in delivery bags.
