Regarding Shipping: We aim for 1-2 days. Most items are shipped via Raku Raku Mercari Bin. For slightly larger or heavier items, we use pickup service, which is often in the evening. For large or heavy items, we use the "Packing and Shipping by Arrangement" service. If shipping takes more than 3 days due to our circumstances, we will notify you of the expected shipping date in advance. Regarding Returns and Refunds: Please understand that we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. We will respond sincerely to cases of incorrect item shipment due to our confirmation error or initial operational defects.
