Good evening. Regarding the "Unfavorable" rating: I wanted the item by a specific date for a trip, but it required redelivery and didn't arrive in time for my trip. I explained the situation to the delivery company and had them leave a package that required a signature for delivery, and then I explained the situation to the seller upon returning from my two-day trip. I am very disappointed that I received this rating, even though the seller seemed understanding at the time.

こんばんは。 ＊残念評価について＊ 旅行のために希望日までに欲しかったのですが、再配達になってしい、旅行日当日までに間に合いませんでした。事情を配達業者に話し、置き配不可の荷物を置き配にしてもらい2日間の旅行から帰ってきて、出品者に事情を説明しました。その時は事情に納得してもらったのにも関わらず、このような評価をされたことにとても残念に思います。
