I also list items on other sites, so there's a chance that an item may be sold out within minutes of the same day. This has actually happened before. I can't constantly check my phone all day, so please understand if this happens. (..) In such cases, I would also appreciate Mercari's understanding. (..) As per Mercari's rules, I will prioritize the first person to purchase, even if there are comments being exchanged. I will offer a discount if you purchase multiple items. Regarding the sale of used items, I generally do not accept cancellations, except in the case of receiving a different product. This is to prevent swapping or damage after opening. (It's quite troublesome to exchange home addresses and contact information. Mercari will not mediate cancellations.) Therefore, please ask any questions or express any concerns before purchasing. I will answer all questions in detail and honestly. (..) I will not answer questions or concerns after purchase, and I will click "do not agree" if you request a cancellation. I once accommodated a cancellation from a buyer with four negative reviews, who claimed the color was different. However, I had a difficult time getting the item returned, and I had to pay for the return shipping. The returned packaging was also open, which was a very unpleasant experience. Please do not purchase if you are considering a cancellation (..) I will also strictly adhere to the above points when I make purchases myself (..)
