During shipping preparation, after opening and closing the lid, no black ink etc. got on my hands or the white table, but the buyer claimed that black ink got on their hands when opening and closing the eyeshadow... It's impossible. During shipping preparation, I took care and lightly wiped the surroundings with tissue and packed it, so no ink-like substance got on the transparent bag, bubble wrap, or the package. However, they wrote a complaint in the normal evaluation. I don't like this kind of transaction either, so I offered a refund & return and said I would check the black ink... They replied that they had thrown away the item and couldn't return it... and apologized for making me feel unpleasant. This person said they had thrown away the item, but they were the type of person who could lie without hesitation, as they were listing the item they had complained about. I believe that it is their freedom to list the item they purchased with their own money. However, I cannot understand the meaning of such incomprehensible complaints and self-serving complaints.
