Many of the dishes were purchased at department stores, and others were bought at specialty ceramic stores. Some items were purchased a while ago and have been stored in a warehouse. I may have discarded the outer boxes to save space, but I will carefully package and ship your items. I check for damage before shipping, but if there are any issues, I will promptly consult with the customer. Depending on the condition, the order may be canceled. I apologize if I have overlooked any minor scratches.
