This is because all items are individually placed in plastic bags to prevent them from getting dirty. We will generally stop offering image additions as some people do not respond after receiving them. *Regarding comments* We appreciate your comments, but it is disheartening when we do not receive a reply (especially after providing image additions). Depending on your response, we may refuse future transactions. *Regarding shipping* We also work, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, shipping may take some time.
