Additionally, while I take care to pack fragile items with bubble wrap to prevent damage, in the unlikely event of damage during shipping, I apologize, but I will consider the transaction complete once you have accepted the item and left a review. I understand that this made them uncomfortable, so I will be even more careful with my packaging in the future. However, please understand that A4-sized items will continue to be packed in brown envelopes, as has been the case so far.
