⚠️ There are so many people who negotiate a price based on Mercari's rules and then just leave it hanging. It seems like they only request a price reduction and then buy if it fits their budget. Of course, that's how it works, but please understand what it means when I respond to a price reduction request. I have to disclose to an unspecified number of people that the price has been lowered, which is a disadvantage to the seller. I think you need to understand that. Once you've requested a price reduction, wouldn't you normally expect a reply? Also, I tend to respond relatively quickly. In some cases, I'm working hard to lower the price.
