Regarding Shipping: * We "basically" only ship anonymously via Mercari shipping. * We may change from Rakuraku to Yuyu, or Yuyu to Rakuraku. If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please let us know before purchasing. * We have set the estimated shipping date to 4-7 days to allow for flexibility. We may be able to ship on the same day or the next day depending on work and other circumstances, but it may take up to the maximum of 7 days. Please refrain from requesting shipment within the set period. Regarding Packaging: * Badge: Wrapped twice with bubble wrap * Acrylic products: Wrapped twice with bubble wrap * Paper items: Reinforced on both sides with hard cases or cardboard sheets * Stuffed animals: Compressed as much as possible * Other: As stated on the product page * For all items, after the above packaging, we will put them in an OPP bag or zipper bag as a water-resistant measure before placing them in an envelope or paper bag. * If there is an outer box, we will not wrap it with bubble wrap to protect it. We will basically only take water-resistant measures, so if you want packaging to protect the outer box, please let us know before purchasing. Regarding Price Reductions: We would appreciate it if you could specify the amount you want to reduce the price by, rather than making vague comments like "Can you lower the price?".
