I wash my clothes with organic detergent and fabric softener. Otherwise, I have them dry cleaned before listing them. No pets, no smokers. I generally ship items on the same day or the next day, but there may be times when I cannot respond for several days. If you are in a hurry, I recommend commenting and waiting for a response. Even if someone else has commented, the person who makes the purchase and completes the transaction first will be given priority. I strive to provide courteous service, but I don't have much time, so I may not be able to respond frequently to comments. Also, I often cannot respond to comments asking for price reductions. Thank you for your understanding. I may lower the price based on comments, but please don't expect too much. Some items are already packaged so that I can ship them immediately.
