Please do not ask questions that are already answered in the product description. Also, please understand that I am not responsible for any accidents during shipping. As per the terms and conditions, we cannot accept cancellations due to the buyer's convenience. ◇Regarding New, Unopened Items◇ No claims, no returns, please. ◇Regarding Used Items◇ No claims, no returns, please. I have recorded the serial numbers, and if any attempt at fraudulent exchange is discovered, I will report it to the platform and take other actions. Regarding Trading Cards I mainly sell Pokemon cards, One Piece cards, and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I do not conduct transactions with buyers who have fewer than 10 transactions in this category. ◆About Pokemon Cards The condition of all BOX sales is described. This includes whether they are sealed, unsealed, or have only the plastic wrap removed. Regarding inquiries I've received about small holes on the back of loose packs, these are present from the manufacturing stage. Please check packs purchased elsewhere as well. ◆About One Piece Cards The condition of the BOXes is as described. I've received inquiries about tape removal marks, but if the tape has been cut, it is listed as a "cut item," so I don't understand why I would reapply tape. ◆About Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards I mainly sell single cards, but I do not conduct transactions with buyers who mention "white chipping." I do check the condition of the cards, but it's endless, so please inspect them yourself at a physical store before purchasing. To those who leave low ratings: Please provide a specific reason. Unexplained low ratings are very troublesome as I don't know the cause. For example, "shipping outside of the promised timeframe." I will immediately report any troublesome behavior, including through transaction messages, to the platform. I wish to have a pleasant transaction, so if you have doubts, please purchase from a physical store from the beginning.
