In another incident, I was a victim of a product swapping scam. I communicated with the buyer, the shipping company, and Mercari's support for eight days. Eventually, the situation escalated to the point where I had to consult the police. At that point, Mercari's support forcibly terminated the transaction. As a courtesy from Mercari's support, my earnings were fully compensated, but I experienced anxiety and discomfort for eight days. Therefore, as a preventative measure, I generally find it difficult to accept returns or refunds. I ask for your understanding in this matter.
