Thank you for visiting my shop from among the many available! I enjoy buying and selling on Mercari. Due to my work schedule, I may not be able to respond to comments immediately. I will do my best to accommodate price negotiations. Please understand that priority will be given to those who purchase at the listed price. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. I can hold items for up to one month. Regarding items, I always wash clothes before shipping. However, hats, kimonos, and similar items will be shipped without dry cleaning. In the case of kimonos, I sell them at a very low price. If you would like the kimono to be professionally cleaned, the cleaning fee will be charged separately, as it is expensive to have it done at a kimono shop. I am adding this note because a previous customer was very upset that a kimono I sold for 5,000-6,000 yen was not professionally cleaned before shipping. Since we are conducting transactions without seeing each other in person, I strive to be honest and make the experience enjoyable. All items are shipped via Mercari's shipping service, with shipping costs included. I pack items as compactly as possible, so wrinkles may occur. If you prefer a more spacious box, I can provide boxed packaging for an additional 1,000 yen. I am truly grateful to be able to enjoy Mercari with everyone. Thank you for your support!
