We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons such as "it's different from the image" or "I bought it by mistake." If you find any issues with the product, please message us before leaving a review. The shipping method may be changed depending on the size of the item. Yu-Yu Mercari便 may take 3-4 days to arrive, and in some cases, up to a week due to weather or distance. Please understand. For plants (fourth-class mail), we cannot ship on weekends or holidays, so items received on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We may also suspend listings due to weather conditions.
