I strive for prompt and courteous service. I usually ship within 2-3 days, but sometimes I'm not home, which may delay shipping. Most items are shipped on the same day or the next day. Shipping methods vary depending on the item, including standard mail (within specified size), Rakuraku Mercari Bin, and Yuuyu Mercari Bin. I have stopped making items "reserved" for specific buyers. There have been too many irresponsible people who request reservations, ask for items to be reconfigured, and then don't respond or make a purchase... Even if there are ongoing comments, the item will be sold to the first person to purchase it. I respond quickly once a comment exchange begins, so please comment promptly. If someone purchases an item without commenting, that's fine, as it's first-come, first-served. I will respond immediately when I see a comment, but if I don't receive a reply within 12 hours, I will delete my comment. I will delete comments from those who only comment for their convenience. I cannot answer questions like "Do you have the data for [item]?" Regarding the condition of the items, I try to be as critical as possible, but it's based on my subjective assessment. Please understand that these are used items. Most items are not new, so those who are overly sensitive or troublesome should probably avoid purchasing used items. "No noticeable scratches or stains" in the item condition description doesn't mean there are absolutely none; there may be some minor imperfections.
