I've been getting a lot of these lately, but I will refuse price negotiation requests for items that state "no price reduction." I do not negotiate prices for items under 10,000 yen. Please refrain from asking, as I will receive very little after shipping and handling fees are deducted. I also do not create dedicated listings. I will handle all transactions in accordance with Mercari's rules. I believe the maximum discount is 5%. I will not offer further discounts on items that have already been reduced since their initial listing. I will block persistent individuals and those who ask questions and do not reply. Furthermore, I will absolutely not offer discounts to those who ask about size or condition and then attempt to negotiate the price. It takes time and effort to measure sizes and check conditions in response to questions, and I feel very uncomfortable when price negotiations follow. Some people have asked up to 10 times, so please limit your questions to two. I will not change auction items to immediate purchase. Regarding Tomica, I may use bubble wrap if the item is about 3cm thick, but for items 4cm thick, I will ship them in a bag with a hard case. For bulk purchases of Tomica, I will offer a 100 yen discount per item. *Please note that Tomica boxes may have initial scratches. These can occur even when purchased new, so please understand that minor scratches are part of the product and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Items not shown in the photos cannot be shipped.
