I ship within the timeframe set on the product page, so I may not be able to accommodate requests for earlier shipping or specific arrival dates. Regarding the negative review, I originally set the shipping period to 4-7 days. Furthermore, what I communicated beforehand was merely an estimated shipping schedule, not a guaranteed arrival date.
