⚫️ One negative review: [For the user "High-brand decluttering"] Purchased on 2/1, contacted on 2/3 to say they would be late due to overseas travel until 2/7 (← I think they should have stopped listing items if they were traveling, or at least taken measures to prevent this). I waited, thinking they would ship around the 8th or 9th, but heard nothing. I contacted them on 2/11 to ask when they would ship, and finally on 2/14 they said their family had mistakenly sent it to the wrong person (the item? the message? unclear), and then they sent a shipping notification. I was very tired from this transaction, which lasted almost two weeks, worrying if the item would actually arrive. As mentioned in other people's reviews, the item was placed directly in a paper bag, so I think you should use an inner bag, including measures to prevent the item from getting wet. Even if the item itself is fine, it's disappointing to receive it like that. It felt like they were trying to avoid a negative review, so I contacted the administration, and they finally left a review, but in the transaction message, they wrote: "If you have complaints about something that only cost around ¥○○○○, you should have just canceled it...lol."
