Even if I make an item "for your exclusive use," it will still be first-come, first-served. I previously requested a cancellation, but it was rejected due to the operating regulations, so I apologize. Regarding item substitution and removal: Unfortunately, there have been cases of malicious behavior in recent years. For the items I sell, I take photos of serial numbers, features, and condition (such as the state of screws and details that would reveal if the item has been disassembled). In the event of substitution or removal, I will take appropriate action. Regarding shipping costs: If an item is not received and is returned, I will cancel the order. If you wish to have it resent, it will be shipped with the recipient paying the shipping costs. (This is because once I've used Mercari shipping, I cannot use it again, and if the transaction continues, I will be charged for the initial Mercari shipping.) Regarding operational checks: These are only basic checks performed by an amateur. For CDs and other disc-based items, if they have scratches, they may not be readable depending on the device. For used items: For items that have been listed for 72 hours or more, I will re-check the operation before packing and shipping, if possible.
