For reasons unknown, I suddenly lost the ability to log in, and was unable to ship, reply, or do anything else. I contacted the administration office multiple times and confirmed the procedure, but it took three days for them to reply to my inquiry, and even then, they did not take any action, causing further delays. I apologize for the long wait. It seems that the Mercari administration office's inquiry response team and the team responsible for shipping and warnings are not coordinated at all. Even while I was consulting with the inquiry desk, I received various warnings in what felt like threats. Please be careful, everyone.
