◎We generally handle product shipping and responses to comments from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays. [Golden Week: May 3rd - 6th, we will be closed for all correspondence.] [Obon: August 10th - 18th, we will be closed for all correspondence.] [Year-end and New Year: December 27th - January 6th, we will be closed for all correspondence.] Thank you for viewing our products. We primarily handle "stock items" of Buddhist altar fittings used in Buddhist homes and temples. While they are unused, some items may have aged over the years and may not be in new condition. In such cases, we will clearly state this in the comments section. We use recycled cardboard boxes for shipping. The products themselves are originally of very high quality, but we offer items with damaged outer packaging at a reduced price. If you don't mind minor scratches or dirt and prefer a lower price, please consider our products. We generally decline requests for item reservations as they can lead to trouble.
