Thank you very much (❁´ω`❁) ----------------------------------------- Regarding the Negative Review: This is the first time I've felt sad enough to write about it. The customer ordered 3 bags of a 4-piece toothbrush set (shown in the photos still in their bags). Upon opening, the plastic bag that wrapped the entire product was torn, and in one of the three bags, two toothbrushes had fallen out. When I contacted the seller about this, they initially apologized, saying it might have been torn during shipping. However, when I mentioned that the outer packaging was not torn, they admitted that they had opened it themselves for shipping convenience... The review also states that I pointed out the delay, but at the time, it was clearly stated that shipping would be delayed "due to family circumstances," and I purchased with that understanding, so the delay didn't bother me, and I didn't mention it at all. In fact, even though I didn't know the details at the time, the seller was communicating with me regularly despite being busy with family matters, so I expressed my gratitude by saying, "Thank you for going out of your way!" during the transaction before shipping. I only learned about the circumstances after seeing the review, but I will reflect on how I may have caused various emotions during a difficult time. Thank you for reading.
