I check the items' functionality before listing them, but as they are used, they may break down quickly. Also, I generally use recycled materials for packaging. I usually check the items' functionality before shipping, so I do not accept returns. However, I will address issues if the item received differs significantly from the description or if there is a clear fault on my part. I am unable to accommodate extreme price reductions, but I will generally consider price negotiations. I will also gradually lower the price if an item doesn't sell.
