Regarding the negative review: Regarding the shape of the metal tube hand cream I received, some dents were caused by me gripping it tightly when I first opened it, as I have weak hand strength. I only used it once. Also, after comparing with other sellers, I decided it was "close to unused" because I felt the number of uses was more important. I will be more careful in the future. Thank you for your comment. *I generally use fluffy and bubble wrap. If there is a risk of impact or breakage, I may change to a cardboard box or hard case. *I cannot take responsibility for any accidents during shipping.
