The item was clearly described and pictured as "woman's" size, but the buyer claimed it wasn't labeled as such. They admitted they thought it was for men and contacted me, but then gave me a negative review, saying I was lacking in description and uncooperative with a cancellation. I will be more careful with descriptions and photos to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. However, as I am a private seller, I would appreciate it if buyers would carefully read the descriptions and view the photos. You are welcome to relist items purchased from me, but please refrain from copying and pasting the entire description. I am currently decluttering, so I am open to price negotiations.
