Simple packaging (sleeve, cardboard one-sided reinforcement) Hard cases may be reused. Bubble wrap will not be used unless the item is extremely fragile. Regarding negative feedback: Although it was stated that there were no noticeable scratches or stains, the item I received unfortunately had quite noticeable fingerprints and scratches.
