I am in Tokyo. I buy and sell equipment, and I also list records, CDs, and toys (trading cards and figures). The following is my policy: ● Please feel free to negotiate prices. While extreme discounts are difficult, please let me know your desired price. I generally include shipping costs, so I may propose a discount amount after considering my remaining profit. ● Please note that packaging may be simplified due to material availability. I don't really want to write this, but I had one difficult transaction, so I've included a warning. Please take a moment to read it. ● I generally do not accept holds, but you can consult with me if you set a deadline. ● In principle, I use anonymous shipping and do not accept returns or exchanges (NCNR). To ensure there are no issues with the contents, I take photos of the product and its accessories before packing, comparing them to the product images. Therefore, everything in the photos is included. If any missing items are confirmed, I will sincerely address the issue, such as by sending the missing items. However, there was one instance where a customer claimed that there were missing items from accessories fixed inside the blister pack that were not mentioned in the product description, and demanded a return at their expense and disclosure of my address and name. When I provided evidence such as photos of the accessories, I was unable to contact the customer, and the transaction was not completed. While this is an extreme example, I will, of course, leave a negative feedback and report such transactions to the administration, so please be aware of this.
