Thank you for looking. I believe trust is paramount in transactions where we cannot see each other. The one person who left me a "disappointing" rating did not leave a single comment even after a considerable amount of time had passed since their purchase. I thought, "This is strange," but since they had already paid, I greeted them and shipped the item the next day, along with a shipping notification. However, there was no reply to this either. After they confirmed receipt, I left a "good" rating. However, the rating I received after the transaction was completed was an unexpected "disappointing." I was not convinced and asked them to revise the rating, but there was no response to this either. Based on this experience, I will now cancel transactions if there is no communication at the time of purchase.

ご覧頂き有難うございます。 顔の見えない取引は、信用が第一だと思っております。 私に唯一「残念だった」をつけた方は、購入時、時間が経っても一言のコメントもなく、「おかしいな」とは思ったのですが、入金済みだったこともあり、こちらから挨拶をし、翌日には商品を発送し発送連絡もしました。しかしこれにも返信はありませんでした。 受け取り確認をし、こちらからは「良かった」の評価をつけたのですが、取引完了後に確認した評価は、想定外の「残念だった」。 私は納得出来ず、評価の修正をお願いしましたが、これにも全く返事はありませんでした。 このような経験を踏まえ、今後は購入時の連絡がなかった場合は、取引自体をキャンセルさせて頂きます。
