I sincerely apologize to the buyer for causing them discomfort due to my oversight. I have limited experience listing new, unused items that are still in their original plastic packaging, and I listed the item without opening the packaging to check the contents. To prevent this from happening again, I will be especially careful when listing new, unused items in the future.

ご覧頂きありがとうございます。 よろしくお願いします。 先日、コンパスや三角定規、定規などが入った文具セットを出品し購入して頂いたのですが、キズや汚れがあったとの連絡を先方より評価コメントにて頂きました。購入して頂いた方には、私の確認不足で不快な思いをさせてしまい申し訳なく感じております。 ビニール包装済みの新品未使用商品を出品した経験が少なく、ビニール包装を開封して確認するということをせずに出品してしまいました。 今後は再発防止として、新品未使用商品出品時は特に細心の注意を払って参りたいと考えております。
