Date specifications cannot be accepted. Fabric items will be sent via postal mail, placed in a post box. Due to varying pickup times and no weekend delivery, arrival may take 3 days or more even for nearby locations, and up to a week for Hokkaido and Okinawa. Postal mail does not include tracking or insurance. 《Packaging》Items will be placed in a new cellophane bag or Ziploc, and the outer packaging will be a clean shop bag or box. To keep the thickness within 3 cm, items will be compressed. 《Curtains》 ○ Custom orders are currently suspended. ○ There may be color variations due to lighting during photography. ○ Although the finished product is ironed, wrinkles may occur. ○ Mirror lace fabric melts, so please iron it lightly at a low temperature. ○ There are seams in the ruffles where fabric pieces are joined. ○ There may be distortions, misalignments, or re-stitching. ○ The fabric may have a unique odor. ○ Purple marker marks from the production process will disappear when wet or will fade naturally. ○ Please use thin tension rods with a diameter of 2 cm or less. ○ To prevent the fabric from snagging, please remove the rubber cap and insert from the left side. ○ In winter, static electricity can occur, making it easier for dust to cling to the fabric. ○ Returns are not accepted except for defective products. ○ Please double-check sizes and other details before purchasing.
