However, the buyer made a mistake by forgetting to add the secure authentication option at the time of purchase, and then, after the item was shipped, became angry and demanded a return, asking me to relist the item and use the secure authentication service. As stated below, I do not accept returns under any circumstances to prevent swapping, unless the mistake is on my end.
