Thanks!!! ______________________________________ *On July 20, 2022, a buyer who purchased a Burberry mini skirt complained extensively about the product after receiving it and requested a cancellation. However, despite promising to return the item, they have ignored my requests and have not returned it, effectively stealing it. I have contacted the platform administration multiple times and asked them to instruct the buyer to return the item, but they have continued to ignore me. The condition of the item was confirmed by myself and my staff, so there are no issues with the condition as they claimed. I am very distressed by this transaction with a difficult person that has been left in an incomplete state. *Additionally, there is one very negative recent review. It states that a FENDI bag was in a terrible, garbage-like condition. However, the overall condition of the product should have been apparent from the selection and photos. I believe the buyer purchased it with that understanding. In their final comment, they wrote, "Thank you for a smooth transaction," etc., which was surprising. This may sound like an excuse, but the discrepancy between their comments and their review was significant. I will not do business with this person again.

Thanks!!! ______________________________________ ＊July 20 2022 バーバリーのミニスカートを購入された方が、届いた後商品の苦情を散々言われキャンセル手続きをしたのですが、商品を返送する約束の元、未だに無視されて返送してくれず、盗難された状態です。事務局とも数回連絡を取り、購入者の方へ商品の返送を伝えて下さいましたが無視されたままです。商品の状態は私とスタッフが確認していますので、その方がいう苦情の状態はなく、本当に困る方とのお取引きキャンセルが中途半端な状態でかなり心がダメージを受けています。 ＊また、直近の評価に凄く悪いのが1件ありますが、FENDIのバッグの事をゴミのような状態のひどい商品だったと書かれていますが、商品状態は全体的に悪いと言う選択と写真を確認すればわかると思います。それで納得の上ご購入したのではないでしょうか？最後のコメントでは、スムーズなお取引が出来て感謝致しますetc…と嘘の褒め言葉を捲し立て驚きました。言い訳のように聞こえるかも知れませんが、コメントと評価の真逆のギャップがすごい方でした。2度とお取引きはしません。
