I was asked if I wanted to return it, and I accepted the offer because I thought the person was sincere. I had no experience with returns, so I asked how to do it, and they said they would list an item for the refund amount and I would purchase it. So, I listed the item with the Mercari fee added and they purchased it. During the transaction, they didn't complain at all, so I was very surprised because I thought they were a sincere seller. I think it's unacceptable that the item in the product name was not included, but I was disappointed because I didn't give a bad review. ● Regarding Neutral Reviews A used clothing item was purchased. It was a fabric that easily gets pilled, and I apologize for not mentioning that in the description m(__)m However, I did not lie about the number of times it was worn.
