However, for used items or new, unopened items with issues that should be reported to the customer, I make every effort to include photos of the specific areas in question and describe them in the product description. Items are always stored in a warehouse, so I strive to ship promptly. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as being quarantined due to the coronavirus), I will contact the buyer immediately. I usually ship within 1-2 days, but I may be unavailable due to travel, so the default shipping time is set to within 2-3 days. Regarding product specifications, I can answer questions to some extent beyond what is stated in the product description, but if you require more detailed information, please contact the manufacturer directly. I cannot accommodate extreme price negotiations, but discounts may be possible for multiple purchases of the same item or combined purchases with other items. I will provide a separate quote. Due to the increase in shipping costs within the app, I have switched most items to non-anonymous shipping to offer the lowest possible prices.
