I will be selling children's clothes that no longer fit and other unwanted items from my home. I am still a beginner, so I may ask questions. I apologize, but I would appreciate it if you could teach me when that happens m(_ _)m I may not be able to respond to comments or ship items immediately. Please refrain from purchasing if you are in a hurry. There is no compensation for regular mail. I am not responsible for any shipping troubles such as postal accidents, loss, or damage after the shipping notification. I cannot offer refunds if the item does not arrive. If you say "I would like to buy it, can you lower the price?" and I give you a price, some people will say "I'll consider it" and then back out. If you are not going to buy it depending on the price, please do not write "I would like to buy it." Even if you have liked an item, I may suddenly delete it or relist it. I have previously received 4 neutral ratings. Two of them were for no reason, and I don't know why. The third one was for cosmetics requested by an acquaintance, but I knew beforehand that the contents had not been used, so I listed it because there were no problems from the outside. After the purchase, I realized that I should have checked if the eyeshadow was chipped, and when I checked, it was slightly chipped. I contacted the buyer immediately, and they said it was okay, but they still seemed to be unhappy, and I received a neutral rating. The fourth one was for a skirt for autumn and winter. The rating stated that the fabric was thin, but when I was asked, I replied that it was not very thick. I think everyone's perception is different. I don't think autumn and winter fabrics are necessarily thick. I think there are limitations to describing the thickness of the fabric in writing. I believe I answered the questions properly and did not lie or deceive, so I was very disappointed to receive this rating. 着られなくなった子供服や我が家での不要品を出品していきます。 まだまだ初心者の為、お聞きすることもあるかもしれません。すみませんがその時は教えて頂ければと思いますm(_ _)m コメントのお返事や発送など、すぐに対応できない場合があります。お急ぎの方はご遠慮下さい。 普通郵便に関しては補償はありません。発送通知後の郵便事故、紛失、破損などの配送トラブルについては責任を負いかねます。商品が届かない場合も返金はできません。 『購入希望します、お値下げできますか？』と言われ金額を提示しましたら『検討します』と辞められる方がいらっしゃいます。金額によって購入されないのであれば『購入希望します』とは書かないで下さい。 いいねを頂いていても突然の削除や再出品をさせて頂くことがあります。 以前に普通評価を4件頂いております。 2件は理由もなく何故かわかりません。 3件目は、知人より依頼された化粧品でしたが、中身が使われていないことはあらかじめわかっていたので、外側から見て問題がなかったので出品しました。購入された後に、アイシャドウが欠けているか確認しておいた方がよいかもということに気付き確認しましたら、少し欠けていました。すぐにご連絡はさせて頂き、大丈夫ですというお言葉は下さいましたが、やはり不快に思われたようで普通評価を頂きました。 4件目は、秋冬物のスカートです。評価にて生地がベラベラだとのご指摘がありましたが、ご質問を受けた際にはそれほど分厚くありませんとはお応え致しました。人それぞれ感じ方は違うと思います。秋冬物の生地が分厚いとは限らないと思います。文章で生地の厚みの説明には限界があると思います。こちらとしましてはきちんとご質問にはお応えしたつもりであり、嘘をついたりごまかしたりはしていませんので、この評価を頂いたことはとても残念でした。 出品の際には商品の検品はしておりますが、素人ですので見落としがあるかもしれません。その点をご理解頂ければと思っております。ご質問のある方は遠慮なくおっしゃって下さい。わかる範囲でお応えさせて頂きます。 気持ちの良いお取引ができるように心がけていきたいと思っています。 最後までお読み頂きありがとうございました。 皆様どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
