I primarily sell used items, so I do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances. I strive to provide courteous service, so thank you for your understanding. Regarding the two negative ratings, one was due to a claim that not all accessories were included, despite my explanation that everything in the photos was included. The other was due to a delay in confirming an item (a 170,000 yen item, so I couldn't evaluate it without confirmation), and I was criticized for being slow. I also received a negative rating simply for asking if the buyer could provide their purchase history, claiming I made too many requests.

基本的に中古品を出品しておりますので、お客様都合での返品交換は承っておりません。丁寧な対応ができるよう気をつけておりますのでよろしくお願いいたします。 悪い評価2件については、写真に映っているもの全てが付属品だと説明していたにも関わらず、付属品が全て付いていないと言われたものと、確認に時間がかかるものを確認後評価しましたが、遅いと言われ(17万円のものでしたので、さすがに未確認で評価は出来ません)、また購入履歴を出して頂くことは可能かを確認しただけでリクエストが多いと悪い評価を付けられてしまいました。
