It was the other party's misunderstanding that the item was sent out of the bag, and they wrote that they were disappointed. I cannot accept a negative rating out of the blue. Other sellers of this product also ship it individually after removing it from the bag. If there were any questions, I wish they had asked before purchasing. I have had many transactions until now, and I have never received a negative rating. I was very shocked to receive one out of the blue. To be frank, I didn't want to do business with them... Also, there was no transaction message, and they didn't give a receipt evaluation immediately. I regret that I should have given you a negative rating. I don't want to do business with you again.
