It is disappointing that there has been an increase in users who make excessive price negotiations, unreasonable claims, and malicious comments without the intention to purchase. ✔️Users who make such comments will be immediately reported to the administration and blocked. Mercari is strict with users who interfere with sales (such as immediate account suspension), so we will properly address them with the administration. I will do my best to accommodate the requests of potential buyers as much as possible. However, - Selling high-priced items on split pages to match the card payment amount As a result of accommodating a request once, I received usage restrictions from the Mercari administration, so 【I will not be able to accept this in the future】 I will do my best within the scope of the terms of service, so thank you for your cooperation.
